Where can I get a chefs knife belt holster?

I am looking for a belt holster for an 8 inch chefs knife like the holster that the guys at Benihana or Hibachi use. I have searched for a few days and I have been unable to find anything. Please let me know if there is anything that I am missing. I plan to put my 8 inch Henkels Pro S chefs knife in it.

Next time you're in Benihana, why don't you ask them where they buy their knife holsters?
I remember seeing a metal chef's knife holster a few years ago, but do not remember in which catalog it appeared in.
The is the only chef's knife holster that I have found on the internet.
