Where can I get a Cordura style sheath for a FFBM?

I have a BM-ergo. It has a cordura sheath with the plastic liner. I have a FFBM with a VERY nice leather sheath. But, for the field I would like a sheath similar to my BM-E sheath. I don't want bare kydex. It's so loud and I never need to invert my BM.

Also, Semper Paratus Tactical, one of the Busse site's makers, does a great job with cordura wrapped kydex.

Unless something has changed, that won't work for an FFBM.

It works for the thinner FBMCG but the fatties are too thick and the blade is a hair taller, some of the liners will be too small in both dimensions.

I keep seeing this incorrect advice being repeated. The FFBM will not fit in any of the Scrap Yard sheaths that I have.

it won't work for the FBMLE, either. Won't fit.

The 2007 SE is a no-go also. It's 0.270" thick just like a Dogfather but the blade is too tall. I tried it just to see if it would work, it didn't.

It's still great for the CG's.

Could you heat up the sheath like kydex? The sheath that lancelot showed is exactly what I'm looking for. Is there any mods that would make it work?

I think I remember hearing about someone cutting the rear of the kydex liner out of the Swamp Rat Cordura sheath that came with the Camp Tramp so that the HO FSH would fit in it. Don't know if this is a workable option for the FFBM.

The liner isn't kydex. You could buy the sheath and then try to make a kydex liner that would fit.

I haven't tried it but it might be possible.

If it is possible, it would still be a tight fit.
