Where can I get carbon steel Sabatier kitchen knives?

I know they don't make them anymore, but I like the carbon steel so much better than the stainless. I lost the 3" paring knife in my set a long time ago. Now that I've found this forum I was wondering If anybody had one or knows where they still sell them.
