Where can I get decent katanas in shorter lengths?

I'd like to get my wife a new katana, but as a smaller person she needs a blade length of 24-25 inches and a handle at least 12 inches. I cut down a practice sword for her, but she really needs something with better balance. (I use a PC golden oriole and it is excellent, but they don't make smaller sizes.)

Kris Cutlery has a 26" katana. They have a reputation of being tough and well made (edge quenched 5160), but they aren't fully traditional looking.
