Where can I get engraving done?

No clue which forum to post this in, but whatever - mods, please move this thread if you can think of a better place

I'm looking to have a knife engraved with a name to be given as a gift - can anyone recommend someone with the necessary skills and good reputation?

Go to your yellow pages and look under 'trophy.' This is usually your best bet. Otherwise, you may want to try 'jewlry repair.' You are probably going to want your engraving done on a handle or bolster. The blade is usually too hard, unless you are talking about a swiss army knife.
