Where can I get my folding knife handle coated in HAIII?

I have read about blades being coated but what about aluminum folding knife handles? Where can I get my aluminum folding knife handle coated in durable HAIII or DLC? I would appreciate advice on other durable, chip resistant coatings?

I would like to get a cuda maxx and coat the handle. I am not a fan of the blue annodized handle.

It is not exactly anodizing I think but Ryan Wilson from Wilson Tactical is coating blades with Tacti-Kote protective finish similar to guncote. The cost is $55 for a folder.
 
Hmm.. I forgot the name, but I know it can be done. People on candlepowerforums were HAIIIing their minimags
