Where can I get the following: Double-edged knife, no longer than 3.25" blade, but UNDER $50, with a steel better than 420J..? Anybody?

This one from Camillus/Western looks pretty nice. The steel is 420HC, which although not great is better than 420J2. The blade is 3.25 inches and it sells for under $30.00.
