Primarily I hang around in W&SS, but from time to time I visit some of the manufacturer's forums. I've always noticed how the some of the denizens of said forums have a loyalty bordering on fanaticism, so when I read things like Ms Yangdu's magical skills regarding quick delivery of product, I tend to write it off as wishful thinking.

Well was I wrong. :o One week ago today, Ms. Yangdu said she mailed my Sgt. Khadka CAK. Today, it arrived! What a hunk of steel! (mailman was muttering something about hernia....) Keep in mind that I live in Canada and this is the Christmas mail season!

I'm looking forward to getting out and putting it to work, although, I have to say, it's a bit intimidating! I'm sure that will pass, though, once I get used to it.

Anyway, this was just a long-winded attempt at thanking you, Ms Yangdu, for your excellent service.

Yeah, Doc, Yangdu works hard and fast.

Congrats on the CAK. I recently picked up one of his CAKs and it is a really nice khuk. Chops really well.

Be safe and enjoy.

Yangdu is definately something, isn't she.

Like to see some pics of your CAK. I've got an 18" and a 13", and love them.

Here's a couple of pictures. The blade looks black because I had to take the picture at an angle to avoid the glare off the shiny blade - I have to make a light tent.

Here's a picture with my Cincinnatti Becker Machax -

It actually looks exactly like this picture from this sub-forum.

Welcome Doc! I'm probably one of the fanatics from over on W&SS who drove ya to the point of HIKV infection.

Wait till you handle an M-43.

Haha - typical wildmike comment :D
Agreed though - you sold me on snagging an M-43 and I'm very pleased with it

Very nice! What size CAK is that?

Bit curious about that myself... the keyboard is telling me 16.5", but the machax is telling me 15"

And congrats on your CAK- you will never tire of finding new ways to use it. :D

Yangdu, as well as her entire line of products, is amazing. Deal with her, and expect to be spoiled.
