Where did "Custom work to my SAK Farmer" go, and why can't I see it?

I understand that threads get moved to more applicable sections, but where did this thread get moved to that I don't have permissions to view it? That's what it says when I click on it.

What other parts of the forum require special permissions, and how do you get them? Seems like a weird topic to be moved so it is no longer viewable by the general membership.

No, I'm not the OP of the thread - I wanted to read it. I just can't see the thread since it was moved. When you moved this thread, and I clicked on it, it opened. The SAK Farmer one will not. Any idea why?
