Where did my gold membership go?

Seems I just lost all my gold membership privileges and I can't figure out how to get them back. And yes, I am paid up for at least another year. I went through My Account but there is no Permissions Groups to modify and I tried a few other avenues but I can't figure it out.

Please help.

Edit: Right after I posted this my "Gold Member" changed to "Registered User" so now I guess someone thinks my membership expired. Go Figure. I sent spark a message.

Your emails mentioned the skyline deal - that only goes into effect if all of the skylines are presold. They haven't been at this time, so your membership expired.

Ya, I reread the Skyline deal and then bought a new gold membership. Those still haven't been sold!!!

I can't update my email in the profile because I only use a Verizon email account.
