Where did my warranty go???

This message is for whomever is in customer service now that Danelle is apparently gone...I sent in a Moran with a melted Kraton insert 8 weeks ago and have not heard anything back from that. I think the wait has been more than adequate, so I am curious as to what the staus is on this. Your reply is anxiously awaited...

Chiro75 - Your problem with the Moran insert is the only such problem we've encounterred in the several years we've been making the Model. No inserts were held in inventory here in Golden. These need to be shipped in from Seki. Yesterday's incoming report indidcated that the inserts are on the way. This means about a week. Sorry for the delay and your wait. Glad we are able to solve your probolem.

Well, that's good news. Just FYI, if the repair doesn't work out so well, feel free to
send a new one as a replacement. I may actually like a flat ground blade better, even, but if it works out, then by all means the original is cool, too. Thanks!
