where do I find an etching compound

I know that it was mentioned in a thread awile back, but I can't find it.

where do I find feric cloride or whatever it is you are using to etch demascus?

Yes, Radio Shack, it's called Archer PCB Etchant Solution. You might search back a couple of months for one of the etching threads that gave the procedure, and also used vinegar heated in the microwave as part of the procedure.

Heinz apple cider vinegar works great, heated up to just below boiling. Safer to keep around, too. Gives a nice, slow etch.
