Where do I get a Case with carbon steel?

I've been looking high and low for the following Case models with carbon steel blades; amber bone large stockman, amber bone medium stockman, dark Ruger stockman. Are they still in production? Were they special editions?

Are you sure they offer the "dark Ruger Stockman" in CV?

I thought I saw that they offered the Ruger stockman with the dark handles in CV. I'm gonna email Case about that one. Thanks for the links.
