Where do I get a fabricated die?

You know its got a razor strip in a shap in plastic with foam rubber in voids. Smack it with a rubber mallet and then you have a cut out shape. Anyone know where I can get one made?

Tool and Die makers. You are looking for a steel rule die. Was common in the garment industry.

To get a quote, you may need to have an actual dimensioned drawing. Few die makers will even begin fabrication without your signed approval of one specifying the exact materials and dimensions, especially for the resulting cut products to come out.

Dies are not cheap, and usually last through thousands of pieces in production. Don't be surprised if you get quoted a four figure price.
