Where do I get a new blade for an old knife?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I have a Modified Benchmade knife with a 2" blade. I would like get a premium steel blade; professionally made for this knife.
Impossible?
I have seen replacement blades made of Damascus.
So, I know it can be done.
Who's doing it?
Who might do something like this?
Any help at all?

Benchmade has a blade replacement service, not sure what you meant by "premium steel".

I am sure there are makers that do make aftermarket blades for stuff like this.

I guess what I meant by premium is D2, M2, M4, A2, M390 or any steel besides the 440C one I already have.
