Where do we get the info on upcoming knive shows around the US? What are they like?

I would like to attend one in Chicago and see these Tomahawk, Hatchet or axe makers up close and get a chance to try them out. Buying something online without getting a chance to try it out sucks! Most stores don't carry the really cool models. If you been to one what was it like?
