Gerber Paraframe and Mini-Paraframe Lockback Knife Set--$19.99

Did some searches and it seems a good deal.
Looking for xmas present packs.

Those knives are junk. Sorry.

Works for me...
But just meant to be stocking stuffers, not anything special.
I'll probably just pick them up some Chives and get my pal to monogram them.
Can't go wrong with a good Chive.

Gerber Paraframes are some of the worst knives on the market. Their blades are listed as "400-series"
stainless, which means it can be made from old radio antennas and wire hangers. I had one once. It
took me two hours to figure out which side of the blade was sharpened. I finally figured it out.

Neither.

Byrds are a good choice for stockign stuffers, but don't feel bad about getting the gerbers, non knife people don't know the difference anyway...Its the thought that counts!

For the same money you can get a Kershaw Vapor, which is nothing special, but a good one for that price.

Can't recommend the Gerbers.

Several good alternatives have already been mentioned.

Like to add that Buck has some models in that price range. I tried one and found it to be a well designed, well made knife that holds an edge better than any Gerber that I have bought in the last 10 years.

I'd second the Vapor recommendation, and also suggest you look at the KaBar Dozier series. The Kershaw Vapor is easily available from most walmart's. The kabar may take a little more searching, but it's also a good $20 knife.

Byrd line by Spyderco

These are the only knives I would trust in your price range.

they are junk and even make saws and pruners and the list goes on of junk.i never by a knife from someone who makes everything else with knifes

Byrd all the way-great knife that can be had between $20-$30. Much better than those gerbers. Or, as stated above Kabar Dozier.
