Mostly online??

New York ppl list local stores that carry knives and what kinds of knives you've seen at those stores.

You've nailed my two favorite places for hands on shopping. BUt for the past 10 years, all my bali's were bought via mail order or online. Haven't had to return one yet

Paragon is overpriced...heck I know I used to work there. I used to ticket all the customs, sell the too. However, it serves the purpose of seeing what your getting before you buy it say from the maker. That's most of the people that would visit the knife counter. There's Iceberg Army/Navy on Broadway off of Grand st. They too are over priced but can be haggled with...not much. They don't carry Bali's though. Anything in N.Y.C. is usually priced too high, way above retail even. Online and mail order is the best route. I used to order alot from Ruff's saddle shop in Umatilla Florida tel # 352-669-3143. Good prices, fast ad friendly service. Just $.700. for 3 day U.P.S. shipping, use to be $5.00 a while back. Yes, they sell Balisongs too !Just Benchmades though. Even China town at say Bok Lei Bo on Mott street. They're a great lil' store with lotsa books and videos but their Jags are a little high. You can get a Jag from knifezilla or some similar outfit for like $20. but there it will be $30 - $35. Good luck on the hunt.....RDT

T&T Gunnery, but I go to the one in Floral Park. Close to my house when I need ammo. And American Outdoor Sports on 110S. Too bad Edlemans closed down, it always made for a good second stop.
