Where do you buy your blast media and at what grit ?

Hey all,
So, just wondering if anyone can tell me where they get their blast media ? specifically glass beads. Also, what grit/micron do you use ? I need a lot and as cheap as possible. Was gonna go with Harbor freight but they are real slow ! I notice that Grizzly sells it too. Thanks guys.....RDT

You can probably get it in a day or two if you order it from MSC.

I use the medium grit.
