Where do you find the motors?

Well in the pursuit of the perfect belt grinder for your shop, there are a lot of choices, some like Coote or the KMG1 by Frink offer the basic set up LESS the motor. Those in the know, say that a variable speed motor is the way to go. So you buy the basic set up, but now you've got to hunt down a motor to drive it. Where do you guys go to find the new or reconditioned motors?--Dan

If you cant justify the cost of a variable speed, a motor with a step pulley makes an excellent runner up. Most shallow well jet pumps have at least a 1 HP. The one Ive got seems bullet proof. Watch for them.
