Where do you guys find B&M knife stores?

I'm in South Florida. I've never seen a decent knife store. I've seen Bass Pro and Gander Mountain, but they don't have much. The gun shows are okay, but not much on interesting stuff. It seems online is about all there is for me. what kinds of knife stores are in your area?
 
There is a dedicated cutlery store at the mall by where i live.It can just be a little expensive.Although i have bought there before.Like awhile back i bought a kershaw ram the store was 25$ more than it was online. I just can't pay that much more.Its hard to justify.Maybe i am just cheap.:D
 
In Fort Worth, Texas, there is an extremely large and well stocked knife store called the House of Blades. Unfortunately, it's also expensive.

There's also Smoky Mountain Knife Works in Tn.

Don't know how much that helps you in Flordia.
 
I'm pretty fortunate. I'm about 1.5 hours away from both SMKW and NGK! i'm in upper east tn. also mahoney's outdoors has a good selection of kershaw, spyderco and benchmade, its about 30 mins away from me. they dont have an online store tho, in case anyone was wondering.
 
I don't have a local guy, I have an online guy. I found a seller I like and try to stick with him for everything. Unfortunately, I don't have any small local places, and would have to make do with whatever the local big chain stores wanted to carry.
 
I'm in the same boat, I buy so many knives just to handle a bit and realize they aren't for me and then sell em.

It's fun though. It's like having a rotating knife collection, sell a couple buy a couple :D
 
I agree, great question. Only place to get "high end" production knives(e.g. Benchmade/Spyderco etc) around here are a couple of gun shops. Which means pretty much MSRP. In addition if you tell them what you want such as Spyderco Manix for example, they look at you like your an alien. No clue.
 
I guess I'm lucky since I can be at NGK (New Graham Knives) in about 5 minutes, but if it weren't for that I would only have a couple of gun shops that charge MSRP to buy from.
 
Nothing here either; I sympathize. It's hard enough to even find gun shops any more.

I live in south east Ky where is Mahoney's Outdoors? I will be in Knoxville this week, do you know any thing about Tacital Gun Armory, I hear they have a pretty good knife slection?
