I think Trade: Gadgets & Gear is the best fit. 
If we made a new forum it wouldn't get enough traffic to be worth checking, and if we changed the name of Trade: Gadgets & Gear to "Trade: Gadgets & Gear & Wanted to Buy: Gadgets & Gear" it would be too long a name; people would try to read the name of the forum and fall asleep before they got to the end....

By the way, if you FELT like changing something: "Knives, Wanted to Buy" to just: "Wanted to Buy"
would probably be easiest. Just a suggestion.
