Just wanted to let everyone know that I have been out of the shop for a few days starting last week. We had our local county fair and with 2 kids with 4h horse projects that took the better part of two weeks to get through. The kids had shows everyday for 6 days straight. Kept me really busy. We had a great time and the kids both did very well showing.

I came back to hundreds of emails and questions so i just thought I would let everyone know that I was not ignoring anyone it is just taking some time to get through all of them. If I haven't responded to you yet please don't take it personally I will get to you soon.

It was nice to see that everyone behaved themselves while I was away. I am looking forward to next week and being able to get back into a regular routine. This whole fair thing really cut into my daily drinking time.

I used to love the fair.

FFA all 4 years of high school, agriculture was my sport :)
 
I enjoyed it a lot when I was a kid. Didn't realize how much work my parents did behind the scenes to make it happen. Totally different being on the parent side of things.

I am glad you enjoyed it and I guess got a little time off! But.......still sounded like work so I guess you couldn't call it vacation. But I am glad you are back!! :D I sent you an email and I hope it is not mind boggling. Let me know if it is too confusing or makes no sense whatsoever.

Ugh, I feel for you. Its tough to catch up on emails when you get back from time off.
 
Behaving ourselves? What kind of concept is that? :p

Important thing is the memories Garth made/provided for his kids.
 
I just figured you were super busy with the new special blades coming out. AMS MO, 1 or 300 (600 really) swedged ASHBM, LESHBM, CGSHBM, Flying Mojo, Hawkeye Daggers, new website……….crazy time to be working for Busse Combat.
 
I felt like I was deprived during high school because it didn't have a 4H or FFA. I never even heard of it until I went to Penn State, where, once I entered the School of Agriculture, EVERYONE was in it. They didn't believe my school didn't have it. I guess that's what I get for being a "city boy" (even though I live 20 minutes outside city lines)
 
It's alright Garth! I am sure you will be caught up on your drinking in no time :D
 
I can't imagine how much work the parenting aspect of 4-H takes. Being an advisor is tough enough! Glad to have you back.

Man you got that right. So many exciting things seem to be happening all at once.
