Where have all the small 21's gone?

I'm new to CRK (only have a large 21 at this time) but I"m getting the itch for a small Seb 21. I've noticed that there are very few of the plain ones (non-CGG) to be found lately. Even some of the graphic versions like Glorious are drying up.

Anyone know why they've disappeared? Do they usually come out in cycles?

Seriously though, if you go on Chris Reeve's website, under FAQ, locate dealer. There are links to dealers websites there as well. Dealers seem to sell out frequently, but they always have them coming in. You should be able to track one down fairly easily. The prices are also the same amongst the dealers, so i f you find what you want, grab it.

If you watch the exchange here, one will eventually pop up which can save you some money.

I see that you have caught the CRK bug. It is incurable, sorry.

Welcome!

Thanks. I keep a pretty good list of dealers and none of them have stocked the small 21s for some time. I've seen several with inlays hit the shelves but none of the plain.

I'm sure they'll come back around soon. Patience is a virtue (so they say).

Yep. My Small Sebenza is on its way - my first CRK! To say I'm excited would definitely be an understatement.

Congrats and welcome to Bladeforums!

To answer a previous question..Yes, they do come out in cycles or batches.

I've ordered a few knives from bladegallery.com lately, and can confirm they still have a few small 21s in stock. Buying from them was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Warriors and Wonders.

I used to live 6 blocks away from W and W. Then I moved 8 hours away. I got spoiled being able to handle any of the knives in stock before purchasing. It was heaven...and hell on my wallet.

They have some great stock on small sebbies especially some uniques.

Just to be clear, I wasn't soliciting the names of dealers with small 21's in stock (don't want anyone to be accused of deal spotting). I have found the odd one or two here and there. I was simply curious why they are suddenly so difficult to find.
