So I keep seeing these pics of HI-made seaxes all over, but I can't for the life of me find them on the shop site. Am I missing something? They look really nifty.

Also, for those who do personally own one (or more), how do they hold up?

They are not a standard item so only come occasionally. Try giving Yangdu an email and ask her to keep an eye out for one for you.

Blue Blazes is in the Catoctin Mountains of Maryland, between Thurmont and Foxville. You will probably find no khukuri anywhere in Blue Blazes. :D

The seaxs as well as many many other HI offerings are not on the sale page since they are not pieces that are normally kept in stock. Drop Yangdu a line at HimImp@aol.com . If she doesn't currently have one on hand she could have one made for you.

Cool, thanks. Anyone know what their pricing was?

Edit: Never mind. Found a post by Bill M. $95? That's so do-able. Just need to wait on that next paycheque.

*bites lip*

Holy [Deleted], it's an actual location? Awesome. Hmm...wonder where the saying came from...
Blazes, in the old usage, usually referred to the fires of Hell. Blue, probably, is just an alliterative intensifier. E.g., dumb as a doorknob.

Nothing puts things in perspective like a good meal.

Nasty - I was just answering his question about the origin of the phrase. I wouldn't have posted the word several more times if I had thought that was what you removed.
