Anyone hear anything about where in Portand they might be holding Blade West? The website has TBA, with so little time left until the listed dates they must be considering atleast one or two locations

That's the same question that I have. Of course the other question is whether or not "Team Busse" is going to be there or not. I have been looking at plane tickets and I think it might be feasible.

However,if there is no team Busse and no O.I.N.K I shall not go.

Anyone else have their travel plans already made? :p ;)

Hmmmmmm.. sounds like it could be shaping up. Now we just need to hear from the Big Man.

Hey Scott, if Jerry and team don't show are you going to set up a table?

I'm going if Busse attends. Looks like there may be a strong OINK turn out, always makes trips more interesting...err...fun :D

we need to appoint a committee to see if jerry is going. maybe the rat pack will go too!

A committee? LOL, oh that brings back memories from the FAA...the stories I could tell you :D

Any word on Busse showing at Blade West? My owner says I could attend and even spend a little money, if we are in our new house by then. I hope to have at least one or two Busse blades by then, but I gotta feed the family first. :grumpy:
I hope to meet some of you gentlehogs in Portland. Lurking here is like wearing a Harley T-shirt while riding a ten speed. Speaking of T-shirts, how does one acquire a snazzy Busse shirt like in the Blade pics?

I know how you feel about getting started. I finally took the plunge last june and got a PT-5 from thatmguy. Cut myself and then Death Chat happened... Good night I have turned into a HOG!!!

If you mean the shirt I am wearing, you get that after you become a hog. I know the company store says that they are working on getting some shirts and patches and hopefully that will happen soon.

And the heavy duty *cough* Chewbacon *cough*

You'll never regret that first piece of infi. ;)

I made my reservations Tuesday, even if Busse doesn't show (Jerry indicated at Blade they were going to be there, but I know plans can change), it is a short drive for me and there will be lots of other makers there. Plus, if any more of those cheap Busse variants show up, I won't hesitate this time!

:D

Any of you mega-Oinkers who're headed down from the Seattle area, let me know. I will be living (by then) about 2 hours north of Portland. The sprawling metropolis of Rochester, WA to be precise. We could carpool down to Portland together and save on gas and parking $$. Y'know, that green stuff we give Jerry to alleviate our INFI itch. ;)

Two hours from Rochester? Hell, in the BMW, I can make it in two hours from Seattle! Better grab onto the door handle quick as I fly by!

:D ;)

I'll be there one way or another... :D

I just booked a flight from Boise (ridiculously low fares on Southwest). Now I just have to hope that the weather won't prevent me from getting over there.
