Where in the world is Uncle E?

I talked to him last Sunday, he's definitely on Becker Mtn. I would guess he's playing catch up on all his projects that he was away from while in Argentina. Probably still has a hell of a honey-do list leftover from that little trip too!

And I thought Mike Rowe should be the Becker spokesman. Guess I just got schooled!
 
My wife once asked me "if you could hang out with any celebrity for a day who would it be?"....I said Ethan Becker hands down! Then she said "who the hell is that?" so I bought her the Joy of Cooking :D
 
Yeah that would be an awesome ad campaign for Becker. The question is- what model would he be using?
The Joy of Cooking is awesome. The person I bought a copy for didn't believe that it was the same Ethan Becker.
"It's gotta be a different one" she said. "there's no way they're the same" she said.
 
I know! People have a hard time believing that the guy responsable for the best knives in the world can cook.
 
Uncle E is in what he calls "retreat mode".

Basically, does the hermit thing and don't get out much. Plus, he got a new toy that was custom built by some guys who's last name is Wilson. I'd say, he's sending 6.8 SPC downrange..........
