Where is my Gold membership?!?!

I bought a gold membership over a week ago, its still not showing up in permission groups. My card has been charged, and I want to be able to sell on the forum! I've PM'd spark, and I've read everything I can find on this topic. Please help.....Thanks

when I renew by cc it does it on it's own. try to change your user group.

Mookie, if you paid by card, it should go through on its own. Since it didn't, there may have been an error. For instance, if the address changed and didn't match bank records, it would hold the funds but not forward them to us. So it looks like it charged you but didn't pay Bladeforums.

We need Spark to clear this up.
