Land locked Cohos, char and rainbows caught on Saturday and smoked on Sunday. This is a fillet knife I forged out of a broken bend-test knife.

Some salt, some brown sugar and some maple syrup.

In the brine for a half hour. This is where the batteries ran down in the camera. Had to keep going while the camera charged.
 
Boy, that's quite a batch - efficient to say the least. Very clean filleting these, a testament to a keen blade and lots of practice. Maybe add a pic of when they come out of the smoker?
 
Thanks Craig and Bob, The smoking is done and the fish are vacuum packed, I will try to get pictures.
