O.K., we have plenty of fixed blade knives from small to large, we need a FOLDER!!!!! I haven't heard anyone mention this in awhile, so I thought I would bring it to the top again. I don't want to hear any of you Hogs say "What, you don't have one yet?" either, I'm not counting the one or two protos out there. So maybe we can get a death chat going on the folder.

There are only two protos? Hmmmm. :D Sorry Tim, I couldn't resist. I agree, I need a Busse folder too, this Swamp Rat thing is nice, but you know how it is.

count me in.... ya'd think that Jerry could sell about 30K of those for $400-, now I am not good with math but I think that adds up to being a good amount of $$$.

You guys haven't figured it out yet??? It's a running joke, there is no folder! Jeez, do you still believe in Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny too?

I keep telling myself that the only reason "The Folder" is taking so long is because Jerry wants to make sure that it is the best most reliable must have folder in existence. One that every Special Forces unit in the world will carry. HOGS are included in the Special Forces too aren't they? Maybe I should have checked with you all about that before I told everybody that I was in the Special Forces. Oh well. ;) :D

Since I first used Busse INFI way back in '98 or '99 in the form of a slotted-bolt BM, I absolutely WILL NOT buy another brand of fixed blade (Swamp Rat excluded;)). I would sell every folding knife I own if I could get a production Busse Folder...overall size or blade thickness wouldn't matter, the draw of INFI would be too strong. I've been waiting patiently ever since we were first teased with the idea, and I hope a folder really does move into production. That said...

I WANT THE FOLDER!!!:grumpy:

I've got an idea.....
Everyone over at the Reeve forum is waiting for the Umfaan to return....
And since Jerry isn't sure about the production for the his design, he could call CRK and get the tooling and use the design, and then we'd have INFI Umfaans, and both groups would live in world peace and harmony until the end of our days. And so would our grandkids, because a knife like that would last that long.
:D
edited to add: and of course, it could be ready in two weeks!

In my perfect vision, the folder would be offered at the same time as the FBM. This would truly be the best of both worlds. But I would still order a couple of the FBM/HOGFBM's first. ;)

Heck, I'm holding the folder right now. . . Here, I'll hold it closer to the screen on my computer so you can all get a closer look. . .. Do you think it is too industrial looking? . . . Hope not!:D

Wait Wait you mean there's no santa claus or easter bunny ???? I believe in Jerry - there's a folder - I will get one or two or three

Cobalt, I know you like pushing the envelop, but linking to W&C is a serious no-no in Spark's book. I'd rethink that link....

If by "industrial" you mean "production" as in "the state of being in.." as in..."they are in production", then...they could never look too industrial.

Made sense to me.
