Where might I buy an ES-1M?

Emerson is not taking any new custom orders so you would have to purchase one on the secondary market. I have one or order but will not sell it when it arrives.

Any plans by Emerson to make the ESM-1 a regular production model?

I would say that the Comander is the production version of the ES1-M. Although smaller, and not chisel ground, it is the smaller brother to the ES1-M. From what I've seen, there have been no exact copies of Emerson customs made by his production company. Who knows though. There are a lot of people that would like to see a production CQC-8
