Where the heck is the Induction Thread??

Been looking for it for a couple weeks after a fellow hog alerted me...

Amy?? Jerry?? Garth??
 
I thought it had been deliberately took down due to the on line inductions making the Blade inductions an incomplete list ????

Without getting into any debates over "shook the hand" HOGs versus IT Hogs, it could pretty easily be a complete list of those who've made the journey to Atlanta and experienced a Blade induction, but there were no updates after '07. I raised the issue of updates a couple of times in the past with no success. My only guess was that maybe some online Hogs had their panties in a bunch over it . :confused: Perhaps best to let sleeping Hogs lie. :p

It would be nice to see the names of those who made the trip. Although I am just an IT HOG, the list gives me a reference of those whom I will be joining some day. I hope it is updated eventually.:thumbup:
 
Maybe you should complain to the guy that maintains the thread as it's not updated in three years. Who is that guy that updates that thread anyhow? LOL

Looks like it's back. Let's get a drunken confab together and get it updated to 2010. I can't remember which ones of you to genuflect to and which ones to smack across the face. Maybe inducted Hogs should get a forehead tattoo or something.

I've got enough tattoos (according to the wife), so as an IT HOG I'll go with a glow in the dark stamp.:D

Mike depends on Amy for the official list. I don't think any official lists have been forthcoming from Wauseon, and I'm not sure that cessation was Amy's call. You could get really drunk and phone Amy. Probably would be good for a laugh, but I doubt the list would be updated. :D

And I hope that Hammy and Jerry know I'm just yanking chains. How this is done and who it's done for/to is of no consequence. Just looking for a cheap giggle.

The list is officially dead. For better or worse Busse Hogdom is too big now. Doesn't make me want to shake the man's hand any less. Someday I'll do it...

Dead indeed. That kind of stinks for the '08, '09, and '10 classes who made the effort to put faces with usernames, make the Busse connection more about people, and experience the insanity of a full-fledged Blade induction. That deserves some recognition perhaps.

At least Hammy could link the thread in his list of important threads.

And BTW, I was referring earlier to standard-issue HOG Ganzaaaa panties. If you don't know what I'm talking about, maybe you're not a real Hog. :p
 
I once called Amy while drunk and I wound up getting in the mail a picture of a cheesecake with the words "Look what you're missing" scrawled on it. That Amy-0 knows how to exact revenge. :eek:
