This article is about the native bread of Balochistan. For Arabic baked goods, see Ka'ak.
Kaak also known as Pathhar ki roti (English: Stone bread) is a native dish of the province of Balochistan, Pakistan. It is made by flattening the dough for the bread and rolling it over a stone. The stone is then baked in a tandoor (furnace) from where the bread turns out as hard as the stone itself. Kaak is often served with Sajji.

Popular among the nomadic Balochis, Kaak is rock-hard when baked and not easily digestible. Thus it does not gets easily favoured from the city dwellers.

In Arab countries, the same word refers to thin savoury pastry bracelets, often flavoured with aniseed or covered with sesame seeds. Kaak bi loz are a sweet version made with ground almonds.

He's probably enjoying the awesome weather we're having!:D:thumbup:

It's also the best time to deal with the mosquitoes they're still huge  and can spot them a mile away; not like those nasty small young buggers that you can hardly hear or feel them land.

Is he gonna be at Blade??? The pix of you large-marge's don't get proper perspective without KAAK in the pic. Well, him and Jaxx saying, "We're gonna need a bigger credit card." Otherwise, you boys all look normal-sized. ROTFL!
