I have found .125" at Jantz, but I'd like to find slightly thinner for slipjoint bolsters. Any ideas?

Is .125" too thick for slipjoints? Am I worrying about nothing?

It just seems for smaller pocket knives, by the time I get 3/32" of blade + .64" of liner + .25" of scales, it ends up being fairly thick.

First, 0.93" is almost eight times as thick as .125"...I'm guessing you mean .093".
I'm with Bill. The diffence is .032" - about two seconds on the grinder, or five strokes of a file.

Yeah.....I not so good at da mathamaterics.

Anyway, should I order 3/32" scale material and grind the bolster to match, or 1/8" scale material and grind all of it thinner?

Order 1/8" of both and grind to shape. On some of my slip joints I even use 3/16" bolster stock for a more rounded profile.

Thanks Stan. Eventually I'd like to get a mill and do integrals, until then, I'll make good use of your soldering tutorial. :)

Well if you order 3/32 stock you will get .09375 thick material. Pretty close to your .093 you were looking for.
