If CRK has it at all, it is likely a warranty issue and would need to be sent in for repair and fitting. They may not have it and give you an updated version. Other than that you may be out of luck. I doubt there are any secondary makers and finding just a pivot for sale on the secondary could be a real challenge(and still would need to be fitted). Those are the only options I can think of.
Give CRK a call and see what they say

I'm sorry to tell you, but the pivot pins/screws are set aside for warranty issues only, as we no longer make them.
Looking at your knife, I would also say that from the looks of it, it seems modified, and we would not be able to work on it in the future, due to the warranty being voided.

The question still remains - where to find oldd-style pivot?
