Hello all

Im looking to buy a Spydie DKPK. I already have one, but id like another one. Last time i bought it directly from Spyderco and with shipping, VAT, fees, taxes, etc it ended up costing me 250USD which was quite abit.

I know its a special knife and theyre hardly sold anywhere, so i thought some of you guys might point me to a place where theyre still sold and not as expensive as Spydercos MSRP price.

Tried googling but i came up with nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Might try these folks, IIRC they were the first dealers to stock the DKPK.

Whats the SFO and how can i reach them?

SFO is Spyderco, it's the same place you ordered from last time.

I thought I saw this recently at an online dealer but I can't remember where, I'll try to search through my favorite dealers to see if I find one...

Ok, i see. Well, like i said, last time it cost me ca. 250USD. If i can get it any cheaper this time ill be real happy.

But if not, then i guess theres no other way than to get it from Spyderco.

If you're from Denmark, be careful. Post Danmark won't transport knives, so it will stay at whatever mail sorting facility it ends up in for a while and then be destroyed (or more likely: stolen by one of their dishonest workers). Make absolutely sure it is sent via a courier service, like UPS, DHL, etc.

If you know someone in the US who would take the time and effort to send it for you as a gift after you order it and have it sent to them, you could get around the customs fee and VAT issues, but research the rules on maximum value first.

Where in Northern Europe are you?

Could ask my dealer if any are still left.

Hey Sverre.

Im in Denmark. Id appreciate it if you could ask and let me know the price if theres any left.

I'll send you an e-mail address if there are any left. Shipping to Denmark should be fine:D

None in at the moment, seems the few remaining are Golden only. I think Spyderco sends by USPS if you ask them so it might be cheaper than last time..

Sorry about that.

Last time it was sent by Post Danmark and held for taxes and fees, but in the end i got my knife. Are you sure its not only illegal one-hand opening knives and knives over 12cm that are withheld?
