I'm looking to buy a Bark River Bravo Survivor and Bravo EDC with something different than the "regular" handle. I cannot find availability for them ANYWHERE. Even the regular ones are hard to find. Does anyone have a connection with a vendor that can actually get them? I contacted Bark River about it, but I received NO response.
Or should I be looking at a different brand?

Not sure on vendor availability, but you could post in the WantToBuy area of the forum and see if any members have one available to sell. Good luck in your search!

Bark River has moved most of their communications to their facebook groups, which are fairly active.
According to the production schedule they have posted on facebook, a run of Bravo EDCs is due in the next couple months and a run of 500 Survivors in 3V will be produced later in the year.
Their main vendors are DLT and KnivesShipFree, if you want customizations done you can contact either of them and set up a pre-order.

What do you mean by different from the 'regular' handle? Obviously if you want a modification that is not manufactured, you will not see availability for that anywhere. If you are looking for a particular handle configuration in regard to liners and materials, DLT Trading and KnivesShipFree are their primary dealers. BRKT does runs of knives, and they are high-volume makers, so availability on their models tends to be seasonal as batches go out. Bravo EDCs usually have several runs per year, sometimes in different steels, because of how popular that model is. The Bravo Survivor will probably also run at least once a year.

Facebook is the best way to get a hold of Mike, he is very responsive on the Bark River Production Schedule Facebook group.

What do you mean by "regular handle"? They typically do dozens of handle materials per run. Both of those knives should have at least one more run this year.
