Where to buy Busse Basics inexpensively?

Since the Basics are now discontinued they are becoming harder to find. Your best bet is to keep your eyes open here on the For Sale forums and on Ebay. The Basics come up pretty regularly you just have to be ready when they do.

Specifically which Basic are you looking for?

John, Don't know how cheap they are, but 1SKS is still
advertising the Basic #3 and #9. Check it out!!
As Eric has pointed out, Ebay has them pretty regularly.

Okay, I just thought I would share this with you guys. Someone sold a ZT SH on knifeforums for $250 two days ago. I missed it by mere moments. Damn, I really wanted on of those. Well, I want any mint condition ZT if it is only $250. Can you all feel my pain?

I am so broke but for $250 I wouldn't have been able to pass that up. We Busse guys gotta stick together, maybe we should get an internal exchange network set up so that we can monopolize the Busse market :)

get your knives out of your safes and hiding places and put
'em to work for for you...(i.e. landscaping, trail guiding,
wood working) you can make some extra bucks and buy more

Larry at Bladeart.com is a good person to deal with on "older" Busses such as Steelhearts (particularly straight handled models)....
