KnifeCenter carries them, as well as the full kits and most of the rest of Lansky's sharpening products. They're a BF member dealer. Here's a link to their selection of replacement diamond hones specifically:
What??? That is not correct. I've bought all my individual hones directly from Lansky and they are around $20.00 per for the diamond and ceramic hones...that is not what a "whole kit" costs...Accuracy is always better...
Lansky Linky hehehe: http://lansky.com/index.php/precision-sharpening-kits/
Is it not? I paid $24.99 for a 4 stone kit about two years ago. That wasn't a sale, but regular price. And $20 each is pretty close. Guess I'm just a tight wad, but it seems high to me.
I'd guess it was a basic natural stone set...they are still relatively low cost...but when you are talking about diamond and ceramic hones you are in a different ball park...apples vs oranges...
