It depends on size knifekits.com has many varieties some are Ti
Ti connector has a bunch but they are are pricier if my memory is correct.
Some stainless versions in sizes like 4-40 can be found at home depot or your local hardware store. Amazon has a bunch as does the similar sites.
Generally the threat specs are 2-56, 4-40, 2.5-45. Measuring the major diameter of the thread will get you close to the spec once you look it up on a table. the first number being the nominal size the second if threads per inch.

Price per screw is reasonable for the great quality but you have to buy a min. of 25, typically.
