Where can I purchase Tuf-Cloth?
Do any hardware store or outdoor chains sell it?
I'd order online, but can't stand the idea of spending more on postage than on the product itself.:grumpy:
Wanna get one for that new ESEE-4 that's on it's way home to poppa.

Thanks.
Jeff

I got it straight from Sentry Solutions website. It can be hard to find. I don't know if any ESEE dealers sell it or not.

I picked up some on eBay, included a portable sharpening kit and small vial of tuf-glide, in a folding carry case. Cost less than shipping up to Canada.

I got mine off of eBay also but not in the folding carry case... Mine cost $12.95... One note... It stinks...

I personally recommend just buying Tuf-Glide and putting some on a microfiber cloth inside a zip-lock bag. As far as I can tell that's all Tuf-Cloth is. I personally found Tuf-Glide to be the only real useful thing in the kit they sell.

For my own use, I switched over to Camellia oil(no smell and food safe) for coating blades.

I agree bout the Tuf glide. But I like the smell of oil. Especially my old rags soaked in stale 3-in-1 or wd-40. And just a bit of oil in your diet puts hair on your chest.

I bought both my Tuf-Cloth and Tuf-Glide on Knifeworks. Roger is amazing. But I agree, you can probably get away with just buying the Tuf-Glide. The Tuf-Cloth is just loaded with the oil but I got both to make it easier for lubing and maintaining my folders.

see first if your knife develops rust. honestly, 1095 and rust has been severely overblown. if my knife gets wet from the snow i just wipe it dry with my pants before putting it back in the sheath. none of them have yet to develop any rust on the edge.

on a side note, my o1 steel bhk bushcrafter develops rust if i stare at it the wrong way - i suspect the leather sheath is trapping moisture. given we live on the same state, i doubt it's a whole lot more humid where you are...just trying to save you money and hassle.

Pleas keep in mind that any sort of Auction/Deal/Bargain spotting is not allowed on BFC. Either take it to PM or email or do like everyone else....Google it.
