Where to buy washer "punch sets"?

Guys,
I have asked this on another forum, but thought I'd get other opinions.
I am wanting to make my own washers out of variuos materials. I have seen very expensive sets of punches, that work, but I was wondering if there was a special kit, that might even be made for knifemaking? I have not seen one, but thought there had to be one out there, that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars.
Thanks for any help.

P.S. I could also use some advice on the best material for me to make washers for my production folders out of? Is nylatron the way to go? WHat about the "bronze phosphor" I hear so much about? How about teflon? I have heard mixed opinions on teflon.
Thanks for everyone's help.

Phosphor bronze is, I've heard, the "teflon" of metal alloys. It is as slippery as metal gets without being oil impregnated. It's harder and (I think) longer-wearing than Teflon (which is polymer). Because the bronze is harder, there will always be less lateral play in the blade when you use it than you would get with a softer polymer.

I had a Benchmade for a long time with thin Nylatron washers that I never had a complaint about. Now I carry one with phosphor bronze washers and I am a believer. :D

(If I can find some of those punches I'll be using it because I can get scraps of hardened sheet stock at work for free.)

Check ENCO I can't remember if it was in the last flyer that they had them on sale. I also got mine from MSC.
