where to find custom leather sheath for leatherman charge tti

tired of dealing with the crap sheaths leatherman uses. Anybody know where i can find a quality sheath for the charge tti with a pocket for the bit sleeve and loop on the side to hold a pen? Anybody got some pics of their setup?
