Where to find replacement sheath for Plumb camp axe?

I just bought an old Plumb Boy Scout camp axe and would like to order a new sheath for it - as this one is shot. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Not looking to spend too much (i.e. - under $40).

Do you already have any leatherwork tools? They are relatively easy to make.
