This is a highly recommended product that has been mentioned time and time again on this forum. I want to get my hands on some, but I don't know where to buy this except on the internet. Internet sells it for less than $10 but shipping will cost almost as much.
Is there any store to buy this at that anyone knows of? Like a Home Depot or some place?

Check out an auto parts store, Pepboys or Autozone type place. On the aisle with all the car-washing/shining/polishing stuff.

Ive never been able to find it in stores, so i went with mothers mag polish....huge tub and it works just as good imho.

:thumbup: Mother's Mag & Aluminum Polish,10 oz.,7.99!
Yes.
Works as well as any Flitz I ever used.

Whatcha' do though is maintain your knife(s).Wiped,washed,dried,oiled/lubed,whatever you use 'cause there's lots of fine products for just that.

My problem seems to be with 303 stainless used on guards and hardware/furniture/luggage.Stuff seems to corrode when ya' breathe on it,touch it and you have to wipe clean.
Flitz or Mothers Mag takes care of any corrosion that may start to occur.

Doug :)

Flitz can be found at some music stores that sell brass instruments.
Give one of the local stores or Guitar Centers (if you have one in the area) a call.

I buy the 50 gram tube from these folks over the phone.
They've been in business for about 75 years.
Price is right, &
Shipping = a buck and a quarter.

Walmart sells a product called MAAS, that in my experience, works just as well as Flitz. And the best part, it was only $4.50 per 2 oz. tube. That's about half the price of Flitz. MAAS also works great for polishing just about any type of knife handle, as well. (stabilized or unstabilized wood, carbon fiber, micarta G-10, etc)

All of the above. Also check out boating/ motor parts retailers. Flitz is excellent for marine environments.

Well, my problem is that I have some light rust on my Camillus with D-2 steel. I have some mag/wheel polish that didn't seem to work well unless I am not using enough elbow grease. Will it be more effective o use Flitz if I get a hold of some. I have time because the knife is on its way to STR for some custom work.
