I have searched with no success, but I am not great at these things. I am trying to locate a 1.5 rubber contact wheel with a 1/2" bore. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Most just get a 1.5" small wheel. Not sure where you would find one with a 1/2" bore

Many options:
Try places like Sunray.

You can also have one made by a machinist. Maybe Greg at Reeder would make one?

You could make your own with a little ingenuity.

Buy a 2" wheel and have it turned down to 1.5".

Look for or have made a solid aluminum/steel wheel and send it to Sunray or another place to be coated.

One more detail in your request would help - will it have bearings or be mounted on a drive shaft?

You are a life saver. I am not a machinist but I have the machines and do machine work, and I have all the stock. Just did not have any idea how to coat or get them coated. Even thought about dipping in that Flex Seal stuff that is advertised. Any idea how the coating is created on them wheels? I might could save members a few bucks. Thank you for your input.

I want to make sure I am talking the same thing you are. Is it a 1.5" wide wheel you need or a 1.5" diameter wheel?

If you want a 1.5" diameter 2" wide wheel with a 1/2" bore, Bader has them.
