Where to get a kydex belt loop?

I'd like to get a belt loop to replace the belt "hook" that came with my On-Scene Tactical sheath. I emailed the company but haven't gotten any replies to any of my inquiries. Does anyone know where I could get a kydex belt "loop" that would fit?
