Where to get an AA Double Cut or Satin Finished?

So I ordered an AA and apparently it's not possible for the Custom Shop to customize it? My how times have changed.
So anyway, I've always wanted to have an AA for 3rd world travel. I can't think of a better companion to go with the Chuckette' in some God forsaken place on the other side of the world.
And as the world gets meaner and I get older I think of protection. Pulling an AA with a shinny blade in a jungle would have the .."That's not a knife, this is a knife" effect.

Any way, I need to send it off to someone as soon as I get it and have it Double Cut or Satin finished. I will be retired as of March 1st. and plan on going out to see parts of the world most people don't visit. Any place a bicycle or motorcycle will take me is on the table.
Mostly Central and South America.

SO..WHO, would you guys recommend to do a clean up and polish job to my AA?

The custom shop won't do it? Piss. Okay, I need an answer as well :o

I ordered my BJLE in double cut just a little while ago. It was an extra charge, but that it to be expected. A DCBB AA would be awesome! I might buy one (if it were legal to own here) if it were available in DC

Chuck, that is easy: Reese Weiland, he can make it into a mirror, satin, combination or double cut. Email me if you want his contact info. He is not fast but he is the best. Of course I am sure he has a two day air or overnight price... :D :D :D
