Where to get Camillus or Remington R3 mini sharpening steel

Anyone know where to purchase the small 4 inch sharpening steel rod that used to come with the Camillus Wildlife series or Remington Big Game R3 knives ? I'm searching for the one that slid into a small leather "tube" sewn into the side of the belt sheath. thanks
