Where to get Cutting/Chopping Competition Brackets/Clamps for 2X4s ??????????????

Looking to build a table setup like the ones you see in the cutting competitions. I was wondering if anybody knew where to get the bracket/clamps they use to hole both 2x4s. I have included a couple pics of what they look like.

most of the time a smith would just make his own

some 1/4 bar stock, tap a couple holes, mig weld some pieces, good to go
